1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VYLO.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VYLO.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses manage and respond to Google reviews. Our Service includes:

• AI-generated review reply suggestions
• Google Business Profile integration
• Review analytics and insights
• Multi-location management
• Reply templates

3. User Accounts

To use VYLO.ai, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Have authorization to manage the Google Business Profile you connect

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Starter ($9 AUD/month), and Unlimited ($29 AUD/month) plans. All prices include GST where applicable.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post fake, misleading, or defamatory review replies
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

6. AI-Generated Content

VYLO.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate review reply suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated replies are suggestions only and should be reviewed before posting
• You are responsible for the content you post to Google
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate content
• You should edit replies to ensure accuracy and appropriateness

7. Google Business Profile Integration

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you:

• Authorize VYLO.ai to access your business reviews
• Authorize VYLO.ai to post replies on your behalf
• Confirm you have authority to manage the connected business
• Agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service

You may disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time through Settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by VYLO.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYLO.ai shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from AI-generated content you choose to post
• Issues with Google Business Profile or third-party services
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYLO.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
